With years of experience in adventure tourism, we have established the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe and seamless trekking experience for all our guests in Nepal.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Nepal, before your trek or tour begins.
  • For international trips (Bhutan, India, Tibet), the full payment must be completed at least 2 weeks before departure.

2. Payment Methods

  • Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard): Contact us at +977-1-9841000919 for details.
  • Bank Transfer: Account details provided upon request.
  • Credit card payments incur a 3% service charge; bank transfers do not.

3. Last-Minute Booking

  • For Nepal trips, we accept last-minute bookings with 100% payment at least 7 days prior to the trip start date.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The 10% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation after full payment:
    • 50+ days before departure: Deposit retained
    • 40–45 days: 50% refund
    • 25–30 days: 25% refund
    • 10 days or less: No refund

5. Single Supplement

  • Prices are based on twin sharing. Extra charges apply for single room/tent requests.

6. Early Return or Trip Abandonment

  • No refunds for unused services or early return for personal, medical, or other reasons.

7. Price Adjustments

  • We may revise prices due to changes in exchange rates, government taxes, or fuel costs, though we strive to maintain published rates.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If a trip is canceled due to natural disasters, political unrest, or bad weather, we will offer an alternative trip or full refund.
  • Additional personal expenses from such events are the client’s responsibility.

9. Client Conduct & Responsibility

  • Our guides have full authority during the trek. Clients engaging in unlawful or disruptive behavior may be removed without refund.
  • Respect local culture, customs, and the environment.

10. Travel Insurance

  • All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and accidents.

11. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items. Please keep valuables secured.

12. Flights & Delays

  • Flight delays/cancellations (especially to/from Lukla, Jomsom, or similar regions) may occur. Please keep extra buffer days in your itinerary.
  • Extra accommodation and meal costs due to flight delays are borne by the client.

13. Documents & Permits

  • Clients must ensure valid passports, visas, and permits are arranged before the trip. We assist with permit processing once documents are received.

14. Age Limit

  • No fixed age limit, but children under 15 and adults over 70 must be accompanied by a responsible guardian.
