The 3 pass trek along with Island peak climbing is a well-known trip in Everest region of Nepal. It is the combination of 3 high passes above 5000 meters trek with Island peak climbing. The trek starts from Lukla after 35 minutes of flight from Kathmandu. During the trek, we enjoy walking along the Dudh Koshi river, crossing suspension bridges, exploring the beautiful Sherpa settlement like Namche Bazaar, which is one of the popular and beautiful village in the Everest region. The beautiful panoramic mountain views in the Everest region, high passes, glacier, rocks and the three high passes (Renjo-la, Cho-la, and Khongma-la) make the trip adventure and enjoyable.

Day 1 – Arrival Kathmandu
Day 2 – Kathmandu – Lukla ( 2840) trek to Phakding ( 2610m.)
Day 3 – Phakding – Namche ( 3440m.)
Day 4 – Namche ( Acclimatization day)
Day 5 – Namche – Thame
Day 6 – Thame – Langden (4368m.)
Day 7 – Langden – Gokyo ( 4790m.) via Renjola pass (5360m.)
Day 8 – Gokyo ( Acclimatization day/rest day)
Day 9 – Gokyo – Thangnak ( 4700m.)
Day 10 – Thangnak – Zongla (4830m.) via Chola pass ( 5420m.)
Day 11 – Zongla – Lobuche (4910m.)
Day 12 – Lobuche – Chhukung (4730m) via Khongmala pass (5535m)
Day 13 – Chhukung ( rest day)
Day 14 – Chhukung – Island peak B.C. (4970m)
Day 15 – Summit of Island peak ( 6189m) back to base camp
Day 16 – B.C. – Pangbuche ( 3930m)
Day 17 – Pangbuche –Namche
